I try my best to get outdoors as my as possible, I love my back yard has so many trees and energy that charges me through my spiritual and psychic readings also meditation sessions.
There are so many place to meditate I also like going to a few parks in my area, the water is one of the most spiritual places I go for absorbing spiritual and psychic energy.
