Positive Energy – Opening Your Heart with light

Illuminating Your Spirit with Positive energy light.

Life isn’t easy but when you are thinking the glass is always half empty instead of half full, things will never get better. We all have been there, this is why everyday is challenge. It’s been while since I posted something I have many articles on my blog focusing on positive energy, and to holding on to love and light. Sometimes its a good idea to revisit some of these to help to help to cope with everyday stress.

Walking in nature is my favorite way to absorb positivity, also music is another way to shift your spiritual energy quickly. Many athletes  listen to certain songs  right before a game to help with channeling the adrenaline.

Artists listen to music often to get their creativity flowing and also many bloggers/writers use sounds with the help with writing.

Another thing I love is first thing in the morning I open the curtains  let the sun into the room or I go outside and embrace the sun. This is best way to get energized for the morning and ready for your day. I never let rain bring my energy down. If it rains, I’m fully aware of the rain energy gives to plants, it is a positive influence on our planet.

Here’s a few ways to begin illuminating your life:

Start reading a new book and to the beach or a lake instead of just sitting at home, we are look more at our gadgets than ever. Go back to basics in life and still interact to the world.

Ask yourself the question – are my main key words negative or positive? Start making positive changes in your vocabulary.

Plan a trip, or plan a get together or party with your old and new friends.

Is your friend going through a difficult time or are you both going through something? Often people are sent in time of crisis to one another. Try to be a support and offer to help the situation feel better. This will help your situation as well.  Go to go see a new movie, or go get grab some Starbucks together. But ask yourself: am I shining my light or darkness?

As with anything, it takes time and habits take time. Begin first with light awareness: Am I shining today? Make adjustments and people all around you will begin showing their gratitude and you will notice how much more positive you are and how you have brightened their day. Your light will start to shine more.
